How a comparison is built

The same three steps for every page.

Read the vendor page

Prices, limits and plan features come from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google’s own pricing and documentation pages, not from other review sites.

Stamp the date

Each figure carries the day it was read. Vendors change plans often, so a number without a date is not much use.

Leave blanks blank

If a figure could not be confirmed that day, the cell is marked “Not verified” and says why. Nothing is filled in from memory.

Read the method

Ask which one fits your work

The site assistant is not available yet. Until it is, the comparison pages list every plan, price and limit with its vendor source, and corrections can be sent to contact@aiselect.chat.

Common questions

Which AI assistant is cheapest?
ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini all have a free plan. The lowest paid price we could verify is Google AI Plus at $4.99 a month. The main paid plans are $20 (ChatGPT Plus), $20 (Claude Pro) and $19.99 (Google AI Pro).
Where do the numbers come from?
From each vendor’s own pricing and documentation pages. Every figure links to its source and shows the date we read it. If we could not confirm something that day, the cell says “Not verified”.
Do you test which assistant gives better answers?
Not on these pages. The comparisons cover what vendors publish: prices, limits and which features come with which plan. Where a page talks about quality, it says what it is based on.
