What the documentation cannot tell you

The pages cannot show whether an assistant handles your files, code or workflow, how often a cap matters, or whether an export preserves what you need. Their accuracy notes provide no shared test set, scoring method or comparable hallucination rate. There are no survey findings, ratings or user statistics here, and this rewrite does not reuse the older page’s unsourced statistics or test results. Run the same tasks instead.

How to check it yourself

  1. Cost and limits. Give each assistant the same workload: “For each attached customer note, extract the issue, requested action and due date; preserve dates exactly and cite the note number.” Compare every field with the source. Record the plan, date, tools used, cap messages, reset information, errors and any charges or upgrade prompts.

  2. Accuracy and transparency. Use a test notice reading, “Early registration ends 30 days before the event. Members renewing after that date pay the standard fee.” Ask each assistant to list the eligibility conditions, quote the supporting words and mark anything not stated. Check whether the quotes exist and whether any claim goes beyond the text; record unsupported or missing details.

  3. Coding. Give each this prompt: “Write a Python function named normalize_records that deduplicates records by email, keeps the last record and returns results sorted by email. Include tests for mixed capitalization and missing email fields.” Run the tests. Record assumptions, failures, edits and manual work.

  4. Long documents. Give each the same 30-to-50-page document. Ask: “Find every appearance of ‘refund window,’ give the page and surrounding sentence, and list conflicts without deciding which is correct.” Check the citations against the document; record missed references, confusion and retrieval effort.

  5. Privacy. Use a non-sensitive test file. Ask: “List every source used, quote the supporting lines and identify each connected app or tool accessed.” Compare the answer with visible sources and settings. Record connectors, permissions, memory and chat controls, and export or deletion choices.

  6. Workflow portability. Give each a real project set. Ask: “Turn the attached project notes into a weekly status table, preserve each date and return an importable spreadsheet format.” Check formatting, required add-ons, connectors, manual cleanup and export. Record required apps, plan, steps and lost metadata.

Chat Picker marks an unconfirmed cell “Not verified” and leaves it blank; its method page explains the sourcing rule. A price row cannot tell you whether a particular workflow or export will survive the move.
